The CD Mate support plan is structured to give you the best access to the support level of your choice. As we are licensing CD Mate at such a good price we urge you to first search the forums if you have a question before you consider emailing us.

Our free public forums are manned by CD Mate's online support staff and also the actual software developers behind CD Mate. This allows for the swift implementation of any improvements, bug fixes and compatibility issues that may arise.

We also have a private forum for beta testers and more technically motivated members of our community and you can join this by invite or by writing to one of the forum moderators and explaining what experience you have and how you would like to help test the product.

We provide technical support via email at support@cd-mate.com. Note this email address is ONLY for problems using the software.
